Bustar Viejo, The Pedregal.

Plot located about 1.200 m altitude, with south orientation and wide views under a granite massif. The house that was initially thought to be on one floor, due to the unevenness of the plot, it is a basement, which also forms a large terrace at noon. Very simple geometry, a “U” open to the south, creating a semipatio, one wing with living / dining room / kitchen and another with bedrooms, and in the center the entrance. The basement work has been made of traditional wood, the house will be made of straw and wood, Nebraska Hybrid system, with wooden reinforcements in each hole. Zinc side covers and plant center, where photovoltaic panels are foreseen. The enclosure of the plot with bearing stone gabions.
