Mataelpino, portion 1.

Another plot coming from the segregation and small “cohousing” of four isolated single-family homes.

The plot 1 resulting from segregation, overlooks Saleguillas street, has a good number of Himalayan cedars, of about 70 years, that they intend to keep. Also take into account the situation of the other cohousing houses and the orientation. With all this a longitudinal house is projected, that breaks saving the trees, forming a “C”. The deck starts from the south, lounge area, and goes up to form the attic, the last body further north wears a flat roof, partly vegetable partly terrace with views of La Maliciosa.

The house consists of a ground floor program with three bedrooms with two bathrooms, large space where living room-kitchen is developed, with double partial height, and a loft, multipurpose, with exit to roof terrace.

Several construction techniques are studied for its execution and finally it is built with a wooden framework., cellulose padding and cork exterior SATE, to recall with lime. Partitions with Fermacell. Underfloor heating with aerothermal installation, supported with photovoltaic panels.
