Reform and expansion of town house.
Small town house, stone of a plant in the core of the Zarzalejo station. Its reform and expansion is intended. Ground floor stone walls remain. Upper floor with thermo-clay loading wall and SATE. Wooden gable roof. Radon gas ventilated hearth, with system “cavity”. Patio to the south.
Underfloor heating installation with air-conditioning boiler and support of photovoltaic panels on deck.
