Two single-family homes on a segregated plot.

Two young couples with children contact us, that have a plot, that is segregated in two. They are going to build themselves and it is clear to use the straw, as insulation. We are at 1.150 msnm. Two small houses, one of ones 70 m2 built, on one floor and the other on some 105 m2, on two floors. The first is located on the chamfer of the plot, open to the south east. It consists of two bedrooms, bathroom and living / dining / kitchen space. The deck is raised on one side, for some mezzanines. The second, located in the upper part of the plot, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and living / dining room / kitchen. The master bedroom is located upstairs with a terrace on the green roof.

We propose to do it with the CUT system, vertical timber frame filled with straw bales. Morteros de cal, green cover,es, photovoltaic panels, water recovery.
